We all need some time off every now and then.

When we take time off and prioritize rest and relaxation, we can show up better for ourselves and our loved ones. Taking time off also prevents unnecessary burnout. You have different time off options depending on your reason.

Time Off Type

Paid Vacation

Starts at 15 days per year and can increase up to 25 days per year

Company Holiday

8 days per year for non-sales team members, or 5 days per year for sales team members

Holiday Break

Eligible team members receive one-week company break each December

Paid Sick Days

Up to 5 days per year for when you need time to get back on your feet

Paid Parental Leave

Up to 10 days after birth or adoption to spend time with your family’s new addition

Wellness Day

1 day per year to recharge doing whatever makes you happy

Jury Duty

Up to 10 days per event

Volunteer Time Off

Up to 1 day each fiscal year to commit to the cause of your choice

Bereavement

Up to 5 days for the time with your loved ones

Short-Term Disability (STD) Bridge

Up to 10 paid days to cover the gap between when you go out on a STD and when your STD benefit starts paying

Military

Up to 60% of your normal earnings (60% of draw for sales team member) while serving the country
